WHAT IS RUBIN
Rota Scuba Center RUBIN is one of Scuba Diving Shop in Rota. It will take you 30 minutes by a comfortable air plane to reach this Resort Island from Guam and Saipan.
SAFETY SCUBA DIVING
Rota Scuba Center RUBIN has a policy to keep the diving groups as small as possible, which means that in an average dive will consist of a maximum 6 persons with the same skill level.
ENJOY ROTA
This Island has not only the best clear seawater in the world but also, the greatest “Bird Sanctuary” in Mariana Islands. A lot of scuba divers fully enjoy ROTA. They look down from a great cliff like birds and swim in the bottom of water like coral fish. You can fly in underwater at Drop Off and you can see amazing scene in the ROTA HALL.

We can’t accept scuba diving reservation who had health problem. Example, heart disease, diabetic, respiratory diseases and disabled person. Please bring health certificate allow scuba diving wrote by doctor.
